Trends from New York & Chicago gown shows

Hello,
It's been awhile since my last posts & I've missed you. Thanks for hanging in there.
I recently returned from the Chicago & the New York Spring gown shows. Let me tell you what's new.
Casablanca has all new models, a group that truly represents the changing bridal demographics. Semi custom gowns to fit your style, your size and your budget. They have outdone themselves with the quality of the new silky taffeta fabrics. Believe me when I say you can see a visual difference in their fabrics & excellent construction details. If you're the bride and have tried on gowns from other stores, do yourself a favor and call us for an appointment. You'll be glad you did. Brides often tell us how they like the difference in our gowns.

Casablanca has a new fit and flair silhouette and are increasing their offerings in the popular feminine lace overlays. It's always fun to see a bride transformed from her "work attire" convinced she is not a "lace gown fan" but falling for it's simplicity once she tries it on. It happened again several times this week. Gowns like this http://www.savvincgowns.com/bridal_casablanca_3.html

Also, look for the new combination of staple sweetheart neckline, v neck sheer lace to set you apart from the strapless crowd.

You should see the new runway one shoulder gowns! Wow! Stunning, forward thinking and so sophisticated. Getting married in 2010, it's time to come in, set your appt. 783-8911 today.

Wedding show mania

WoW! The wedding show last weekend went great. The new time of 11A start shocked us just a little (we thought it was noon), thank goodness we plan and prepare for details.
Our booth looked great & by your response you are thankful for our new style choices of gowns and tuxedos. Guys like that they can look online to dress the groom www.savviNC.com & feel confident in trying on styles (fast, easy & convenient) instore for a free test drive. O.k. the free beer in the grooms lounge didn't hurt either. Start your planning early, next year is going to be busy. We look forward to seeing you instore real soon.

Great selection of gowns

Meaghan bought her dress today. It's so much fun to see the gown style fit the girl and their personality to match too. She's going to be a beautiful bride. She commented what a great selection of gowns we have and such a nice atmosphere in which to feel comfortable. We're not a bridal factory, just a great place to get a great looking gown and the assurance that you will look unique on your wedding day.

Good Karma.
People do business with people they like, know and trust. We all do.
This is especially true when planning your wedding.
Think back, do you remember the last time you felt a real connection to a saleswoman or salesman knowing they'd tell it to you straight regardless of their self interest in making the sale?
Think about how important this will be to you on your wedding day.
In shopping solo for a dress to wear to a wedding at Steinmart recently I encountered saleswoman extraordinaire, Regina, in the boutique. (great dresses by the way) She listened intently to my requests & then showed options, gave suggestions & honest feedback on how they looked on. Now, what more could a person ask for than to feel you are in good hands? Isn't that what it's all about? Being well cared for by professionals on your wedding day.

Good karma will follow.

All the best, Denise
