Q: What are business hours?
A: Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed Sundays
Q: Do I need to make an appointment? If so, how long should I expect to be there?
A: You do not need to make an appointment if you choose to be measured by Savvi. However, we suggest an appointment for you and your party on the Thursday before your event. This thirty minute final fitting ensures alteration perfection making the process... effortless!
Q: How far in advance do I need to get measured?
A: A minimum of two months in advance of the event date, is preferable.
Q: How do we get measured and order my tuxedo/suit if I live out of town?
Q: Can we purchase a tuxedo/suit and rent any accessories?
A: Absolutely! Savvi Formalwear has a great selection of tuxedos and suits that you can choose from!
Q: When is tuxedo/suit pick up?
A: You can pick up your formalwear after 4pm two days before the event. At that time, a thirty minute final fitting of your entire outfit is suggested and if required, alterations to the jacket sleeves and/or pant length can be done right then and there.
Q: When do we return our rentals?
A: You can return your rentals on the Monday following the date of use during normal business hours (10am-7pm).
Q: Do our rentals need to be dry cleaned before returning?
A: Nope. Savvi will take care of cleaning.
