What To Expect in The New 2021 Spring Bridesmaid Season

You have waited long enough! New 2021 Spring Bridesmaids Season looks <3

Welcome to 2021! A year full of promise, hope, and brand new brides planning their weddings. One important part of wedding planning is choosing your bridesmaids and the dresses they’ll wear on your wedding day. Every new year offers new bridesmaid dress styles. Most brides nowadays like to have unique bridesmaid styles, and many will choose a certain color and allow their bridesmaids to choose whichever style they prefer. No matter which kind of bride you are, there will be plenty of options this year for you to choose from. Here are some of the 2021 bridesmaid trends!

 1. Halter

Necklines tend to be a really good way to change the look of a dress and create a unique look. Everyone tends to like certain necklines on themselves and prefers sticking to that and similar necklines. Halter necklines are very unique because they elongate the torso, offer support, and can be both modest and sexy. For most people, a halter is not a neckline they will often wear, or gravitate towards, however it is flattering on many people. It is a good way to add intrigue and a unique look.

2.  Off The Shoulder Sleeves

Off the shoulder sleeves are elegant and beautiful, they add a level of maturity to an outfit and can be very flattering on many people. This is another neckline that looks very unique and not many people tend to gravitate towards their everyday wear. It is a very good option for people who want to look elegant and add an element of sophistication.

3. Jumpsuits

Jumpsuits have not been present in bridesmaids’ fashions for very long. They are very versatile in the way they can make your bridal party look. They can be more casual than traditional dresses, however, they can also be just as elegant and flattering. Jumpsuits are comfortable and beautiful and can be a great alternative for bridesmaids that don’t typically like wearing dresses.

 4. Tea Length Dresses

If you’re planning a more casual event or plan on having a morning or early afternoon wedding, a good way to complement that could be a tea length dress. They offer the elegance of typical floor length dresses and the comfort of shorter cocktail length dresses. They are usually flowy and airy and are perfect for spring and summer events.

5.  Ruching and Ruffles

Details in the design of your dress can add intricacy and intrigue. Ruching can create shape and ruffles can add movement. These design aspects make dresses more interesting than straight dresses with simple designs. They’re fun and youthful, and they are very flattering, therefore can look great on every body type.

4. Velvet

Velvet is a tricky fabric, when done right it can look so elegant and unique. Unfortunately not everyone looks good in velvet, but if your bridesmaids can pull it off, this is a great way to have a unique and beautiful look. Velvet adds dimension and movement through light. It is also comfortable, therefore it’s great for the bridesmaids who will be running around all night.
